Nordic Telecom Oy and the Bosch Car Service chain sign cooperation agreement in Finland
Nordic Telecom’s cloud- and browser-based call management system (CMS) will be included in the telephone exchange used by Bosch Care Service workshops.
The CMS service will be integrated in FuturSoft Oy’s ERP system used by Bosch Car Service entrepreneurs . Unanswered calls to garages will be saved in the AutoFutur / KoneFutur system implemented by FuturSoft. Having all unanswered calls attended to will greatly enhance customer service and improve the efficiency of the busy workshops. Reporting will be a useful feature for both personnel and management, and the cloud-based service will be available regardless of time or place.
News about the cooperation were received with great enthusiasm also among NTC’s international partners and retailers. The agreement awoke particular interest in Germany, which perfectly reflects NTC’s expansion and internationalisation strategy – after all, the solution is unique on a global scale.
