Örum Oy Ab becomes NTC’s retailer
Nordic Telecom Oy (NTC) and Örum Oy Ab have signed a retail agreement on NTC’s services. Örum Oy Ab will start to provide NTC’s Smart Callback Solution to its customers in Finland. The agreement signed in early March further boosts NTC’s sales activities, because Örum has a network of 80 field sales representatives in Finland.
Örum Oy Ab is a significant motor vehicle replacement parts and accessories service solution provider in Finland. The current business of the 90-year-old company is based on customer concepts, reliable logistics, high-quality products and competent staff. Örum is an independent after-sales replacement parts provider focusing on after-sales services to domestic trailer and vehicle manufacturers in the utility vehicle sector. Products represented by Örum are sold by major car dealers and spare parts stores all around Finland.
Örum has been using Nordic Telecom’s Smart Callback Solution for a few years now and it has already increased their revenue. Now NTC’s services will be included in the service range Örum provides its customers, Jarkko Ruuskanen, CEO of NTC, says.
