Nordic Telecom Announces the Appointment of a New Board Member

Dr. Ing. Christian Stredicke strenghtens NTC by his international experience and skills in global distribution and entrepreneurship in new digital services.

Mr. Christian Stredicke has been nominated as a new member in NTC board of directors. He has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Vodia Networks since 2012. Prior to joining Vodia he was the founder, CEO and a board member of VoIP phone maker snom until the company was acquired by vtech.

“I have known NTC for a few years already. The Company has done a fantastic job building up product and services in the VoIP space. I am excited to work on the board and help NTC to reach out, especially internationally” comments Christian Stredicke.

Nordic Telecom’s new CEO

Mr. Rauno Toivonen (M.Sc. Econ.) has been appointed CEO Nov 20, 2021. His main task is to ensure the next growth steps in Nordic Telecom (NTC). Our former CEO and founder, Mr. Jarkko Ruuskanen, will continue to lead operations, project deliveries and further R&D development as COO.

Mr. Toivonen has wide experience as CEO and in other management positions in Helpten, in Teamware Group, in GapGemini and in Nokia Corporation.

Increasing digital competence within NTC board-of-managers

Pharmacist Simo Vidgren has been invited to join our Board of Directors as of October 17th, 2018. Simo has a broad experience from wide range of different industries. Currently he is the CEO of a ApoDigi and Apotrade Consulting. He also serves on the Board of Directors in 3 different companies, operating in international markets. He is the Lead Pharmacist in the largest pharmacy in Northern Finland and has also played professional ice hockey.

Simo adds digitalization competence and relentless attitude to our Board. We warmly welcome Simo to be part of developing our company.
