VEHICLE REPAIR WORKSHOPS

Capture the service enquiry when your hands are full.

VoiceAI Lite receives the customer’s message while you are working in the workshop or helping someone at the counter. You or your service manager can read the summary before returning the call.

Working solo or as a team. No customer service department needed.

  1. The enquiry reaches your work queue

After hearing the greeting, the caller explains what they need, such as a service or a preferred appointment time. Lite captures their message.

  2. The right person follows up

Read the summary and take ownership of the request. Start a callback from the customer’s details when you can discuss the work and agree a time.

  3. Record what you agreed with the customer

Keep the note with the enquiry. Mark the request handled once you have dealt with it, so the next colleague can see the agreed next step.

One owner, one department: start with your own greeting and work queue. You do not need a separate service manager or multiple users.

VoiceAI Lite

Capture the customer’s message

The caller leaves a message. Get a summary and a callback task to handle yourself or share with your team.

AI receptionist

Help the customer during the call

The AI receptionist follows your instructions and performs the tasks you allow. Get a summary and take over when needed.

One work queue also works for a one-person business. A department means a call-handling service, such as maintenance.

Both include summaries, a shared work queue, ownership, Click-to-Call, Click-to-CRM and reporting. SMS depends on the plan and settings; integrations are agreed separately.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

All questions
Does this work for a small workshop too?

Yes. You can start with one department and handle enquiries yourself. If you work as a team, the shared queue and assigned owner help everyone see who is following up.

Does Lite book a service appointment for the customer?

Lite captures the message and preferred time. You or your service manager agree the actual appointment with the customer. Automated booking needs a suitable service, the required settings and, where needed, a separately agreed calendar integration.

What does the AI receptionist add?

The AI receptionist can talk to callers and answer questions about opening hours or available services using information supplied by your workshop. You define its instructions and allowed tasks, then check how it works with a test call.

Can I keep my number and workshop software?

You can forward your current number’s calls to a VoiceAI service number if your line supports it. The core service has its own portal. Connecting workshop software and transferring data automatically are agreed separately.
