PLUMBING AND FIELD SERVICE

Capture the next service enquiry while you are on a job.

When you are with a customer and cannot answer, VoiceAI Lite receives the caller’s message. Read what they need before calling back and record the next step in the same work queue.

Working solo or as a team. No customer service department needed.

  1. The caller explains what they need

Forward the calls you choose to Lite. The caller hears your greeting and leaves a message about the service they need and a suitable time to call back.

  2. Read the request before returning the call

Open the summary in your phone’s browser when you can handle it. If you work with others, assigning an owner shows who is following up.

  3. Keep the agreed next step with the request

Start the callback from the customer’s details. Note the agreed visit or other next step so you or a colleague can continue from the same information.

Working on your own? One department can serve your whole business. You get your own work queue, available in your phone’s browser.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

All questions
Is this suitable for a sole trader?

Yes. Start with one department and handle requests yourself. A department means its own greeting and service settings. Add another when you need separate greetings and settings for different services.

Can I keep my current mobile number?

You can forward its calls to a VoiceAI service number if your line supports forwarding. Test the ready service number first, then set forwarding with your carrier. Your carrier’s forwarding charges follow your existing agreement.

When should I choose the AI receptionist instead of Lite?

Choose Lite to capture messages and call customers back yourself. Choose the AI receptionist for conversational help during the call, such as answering questions about your service area or opening hours using information you provide.

Do I need to connect my job management software first?

You can start with the core service without a software integration. Handle requests and notes in the VoiceAI portal. The scope, implementation and price of any job management or calendar integration are agreed separately.
